    Artist Statement

Creativity, in my experience, is a constant flow of possibilities that come to mind, and relate to one’s personal life, self awareness, growth and experience. In its purist form, an idea is like a vision. Along with a vision can come inspiration.  Manifesting an idea can become an inspired spiritual process, and an honoring, of the original vision.  Personally, I find the greatest reward in being an artist, in that clarity and definition of creative process.”

I currently work as an individual artist creating one-of-a-kind jewelry and very limited production jewelry. I began making jewelry in 1974.  I am a self taught enamellist and jewelry maker.  My educational background was in fine arts, with a focus in sculpture. My work experience has been quite varied, working nationally, and on occasion internationally, with clothing designers, prestige jewelry retailers, precious jewelry manufacturers,  celebrities, galleries and museums.  Presently, I work primarily with private customers and collectors.  My most recent project was a one man show at the Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  You can find my public and private show schedule posted on this site.  Please feel free to contact me regarding my work, or  Cynthia Stoll at Lake Hill House.

Thank you for visiting my website.  Also, special thanks to my brother Allen for helping me put this site together.
